New solution with 8 springs for Wideframe and Largeframe wasp.
The clutch has been conceived and designed for those extreme uses where heat and poor lubrication are the masters. Thanks to the use of discs with particular characteristics and used on the Vespa Smallframe, the clutch has one
new geometry. In fact, both the basket and the towing discs are
were made to assemble with discs from Smallframe. Also
the shim and the bushing where the primary pinion slides are
been taken care of in the coupling tolerances and in the quality of the
material. A particular geometry of the basket and the ring of
closure make it reliable in its extreme operation.
The clutch is machined from solid with CNC machining, of high-performance material that undergoes a burnishing treatment at the end of the machining.
It comes with 8 springs, 8 shot glasses, 4 discs and 3 flip flops. The
having 8 springs allows you to use different types of
springs (different hardnesses depending on the motor power) and have
always a homogeneous distributed load. Working on a very diameter
large allows the transmission of important loads.
