Attention: When using VM / VN / ACMA crankcases, the piston skirt must be shortened by approx. 3-4mm.

Cilindro 7 travasi in alluminio, tecnologia shell moulding, canna con trattamento al nichel-silicio
Alesaggio 72 mm, Corsa 60mm, Biella 126mm (alberi quattrini) che 127mm (alberi Sip)
Cilindrata totale 244 cc, Fasi Travasi principali: ~ 120° Scarico: ~ 178°
Testa ad incasso con guarnizione in silicone Oring e 8 punti di fissaggio al cilindro
Collettore di scarico in acciaio con guarnizione in silicone Oring fissato al cilindro con specifica staffa e 4 viti
Il cilindro presenta una camicia di circa 8mm che consente la giusta guida al pistone anche se montato in corsa 62 e 64 mm
La camicia è di un diametro esterno maggiore rispetto ai cilindri
originali e necessita di barenare l'imbocco dei carter a 76mm per 8mm di
profondità.
Per eseguire questa lavorazione manualmente è fornita una basetta/guida in acciaio da avvitare ai carter
Basterà eseguire il lavoro con una fresa cilindrica di dimensioni adeguate e rispettare le indicazioni nelle istruzioni.
Pistone meteor di alta qualità con trattamento anti attrito al bisolfuro di molibdeno, segmenti in acciaio cromati
Guarnizioni in carta fornite con il kit cilindro da: 0,2-0,3-0,4-0,5 mm
Spessori in alluminio forniti nel kit tra testa e cilindro da: 0,3-0,5-1 mm
Spessori base cilindro in alluminio forniti nel kit da: 0,5 - 1 mm

This kit has been designed and studied for plug & play assembly,
it does not require any type of machining of the engine casing.
The developed power is 17 CV at 7000 rpm and reaches up to 8500 rpm if
correctly configured. In terms of performance and reliability
nothing to say, on this product 2 years of
road tests and in the summer of 2019 it covered 10,000 km to and fro
from North Kapp.
The realization of the kit is purely Artisan, coming from
rigorously Made in Italy sand castings to give those
characteristics of quality and reliability that distinguish it. IS
It can be installed on any type of low headlight housing 3
prisoners from the year 1953. Having the insert collar
in the short casing, it does not require any machining. Requires the
assembly of a shaft in stroke 57, connecting rod 110.
The kit is supplied with: head, cylinder, piston, reed valve,
intake manifold, exhaust manifold, rubber sleeve for
24 PHBL carburetor, gaskets and various bolts.
