The V-One has been designed for those who want a perfect crankcase
replaceable to the original, supplied with all the components
necessary for assembly and which allows maximum interchangeability with i
components on the market, does not require any aesthetic modification
of the vehicle and fits all original Piaggio parts
The main seats are designed to accept bearings and oil seals
original crank (not supplied). V-One can be mounted with the
original Dell'Orto Si 24-24 carburetor Can be used
original crankshaft or our valve crankshaft
rotating with 57mm stroke art. 5316082. Whatever the choice,
the food has however been revised and implemented thanks to ours
modern CAD systems that have profiled an inlet duct in the optimized crankcase. Entirely made in ITALY

Have you ever wondered what a Vespa engine born in the 1950s would look like
produced with 2020 technology? Pinasco can finally give you the
response you were expecting with the new crankcase dedicated to the world of
"grandmothers". Die casting molding technology,
steel sliding, closing of the engine casing with studs,
new gearbox axle bearings, increased crankshaft + 7mm of
width compared to the original, lamellar suction (optional),
predisposition for 4-speed gearbox, high speed main bearings,
operation with 2% mixture.
All without changing the aesthetics of the engine, the external walls have NOT been sandblasted to maintain the color and raw style of the historic
they have been positioned in hidden areas and with the characters of the time, to have a modern product but as similar as possible to the original.
The new Pinasco Wide Frame Engine Cover allows you to use Vespas
