Malossi VR-ONE bare engine casing with reed valve for Vespa 200 PX-PE

The V-One is designed for those who want a casing perfectly replaceable with the original, provided with all the components necessary for assembly and allowing maximum interchangeability with components available on the market, it requires no aesthetic modification of the vehicle and fits all original Piaggio parts.
The crankcase seats are designed to accept the original crankshaft bearings and seals (not provided). V-One can be mounted with the original Dell’Orto Si 24-24 carburetor.
It is possible to use the original crankshaft or our rotary valve crankshaft with a 57mm stroke art. 5316082. Whatever the choice, the intake has been reviewed and implemented thanks to our modern
CAD systems that have profiled an optimized intake duct in the casing.

The primary BGM wheels are extremely robust, designed to withstand the enormous power and torque of modern engines. Made from high-alloy steel (SCM415 / 15 CrMo 5) and produced according to the highest standards, they offer exceptional base material strength (up to 1100N/mm2, HRC 58-62), thus ensuring a solid and reliable foundation for the production of BGM primary wheels.
Their production meets the high standards of Honda transmissions, and each piece is accompanied by a test certificate.
